PARKsaver: SeaWorld’s Study Pass gives Florida teachers free admission

Column by Derek Burgan

For working teachers in Florida, trips to SeaWorld Orlando just became a whole lot cheaper as they have introduced a “Study Pass” that gives unlimited admission throughout 2011 to active and certified Florida teachers.

What’s the catch? Nothing. Not only are there no blackout dates with the pass, but SeaWorld is also offering each passholder the opportunity to receive $20 off up to six additional single day tickets.

For any Florida teacher (grades K-12) to get the “Study Pass” they just need to show up at SeaWorld with a current Florida teaching certificate, a paystub from the last 30 days and a photo ID that matches the certificate and paystub.

More information on the “Study Pass” program can be found at www.SeaWorldOrlandoTeachers.com.

SeaWorld Orlando also offers a wide variety of educational programs, including field trips and sleepovers. Information on these can be found at www.SeaWorld.org.
