Pixar ‘Elemental Experience’ mall tour coming to five U.S. cities
Pixar magic from the city of elements might be coming to a city near you. Step into the world of “Elemental” during Disney and Pixar’s Elemental Experience, a five-city mall tour beginning May 19, 2023.
“Elemental” is directed by longtime Pixar story artist and voice actor and the studio’s current vice president of creative, Peter Sohn (Emile, Squishy, and Sox), and tells the story of Ember (voiced by Leah Lewis), a water resident, who befriends Wade (voiced by Mamoudou Athie), a fire resident. As you can imagine, things get interesting when they connect.
Family-Friendly Fun
“Disney and Pixar’s Elemental Experience” will feature numerous activities for families to enjoy, right in their local mall. Visitors can learn to draw from Pixar artists, pose for themed photo-ops, try their hand at grabbing free movie tickets in a wind tunnel, and, of course, get a sneak peek of “Elemental.”

- Jun. 10-12, 2023: The Americana at Brand in Los Angeles, Calif.
- Jun. 16-18, 2023: Hillsdale Shopping Center in San Francisco, Calif.

Movie tickets for “Elemental,” which hits theaters June 16, 2023, are now available nationwide.
“Carl’s Date,” a new short film featuring Carl Fredricksen from “Up” and starring the late Ed Asner in one of his final roles, will accompany all screenings of “Elemental.”
