runDisney Princess Half Marathon 2022 medals revealed
runDisney Princess Half Marathon Weekend is coming up, and Disney has just announced a regal lineup of finishers medals for the 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, and Fairy Tale Challenge races, celebrating the heroic spirit of Disney Princesses.

Princesses and princes of every skill level will converge on Walt Disney World from February 24-27, to take part in the 2022 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by Corkcicle.
Trading glass slippers for running shoes, participants will find their “happily ever after” as they cross the finish line and receive a coveted regal medal representing the courage and kindness inspired by Disney’s princesses.
The 2022 Princess Half Marathon Weekend takes place during the Walt Disney World Resort 50th Anniversary Celebration, making it even more magical.
In advance of the event, runDisney has ramped up the excitement as they reveal a first-look at the 2022 finishers medals for the family-friendly Disney Princess 5K, Disney Enchanted 10K, Disney Princess Half Marathon, and the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge, each set against an EARidescent background.
The Disney Princess 5K medal features Cinderella, and encourages participants to “run like the clock’s striking midnight!” This family-friendly race takes place along a 3.1-mile course around the Walt Disney World Resort.

The 6.2-mile Disney Enchanted 10K makes dreams come true as runners channel their inner Tiana and prove hard work has its rewards.

Swift as a coursing river and courageous as a warrior are the skills Disney Princess Half Marathon runners will need, just as the race medal’s inspiration, Mulan, did while preserving her family’s honor.

With the wind in their sails, Disney Fairy Tale Challenge participants will find out just how far they can go as they run 19.3 miles to earn their Moana-themed race medal.

Runners are welcome to dress in their “royal best” for their race, from tutus to tiaras, or in celebratory EARidescent-wear honoring the 50th anniversary.
Availability is limited for the special-event weekend, and those who would like to join in should register at runDisney.com.
Runners who cannot make it to Walt Disney World for the February event can still take part, through the Virtual 2022 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend presented by Corkcicle. This virtual race allows participants to bring the magic home by running the course of their choosing, from 3.1 miles to 19.3 miles. Virtual races will take place from February 25-27.
