SeaWorld Orlando hosts Kids’ Weekend Celebration in Sesame Street Land

Sesame Street Land in SeaWorld Orlando will once again be hosting its special Kids’ Weekend Celebration on Nov. 5 and 6, included with SeaWorld park admission.

Sesame Street Land is planning a fun-filled weekend with hands-on activities, character photo opportunities, and a close-up encounter with Mecha Cookie Monster, a 30-foot inflatable and star of the new series “Sesame Street Mecha Builders.”

The festivities will begin both days at 11 a.m. with the first Sesame Street Party Parade of the day (guests will be able to catch the parade at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., as well). At select times, Big Bird will host Storytime at his nest and share some of his favorite stories. 

Oscar the Grouch’s Trash Art Activity will have kids transforming everyday items from one person’s trash to another person’s beautiful work of art, and kids will have a chance to earn special Everyday Hero badges for things like bravery, helping, manners, and more all weekend long, and join the Everyday Heroes Club.
