Seven Seas Food Festival returns to SeaWorld San Antonio
The Seven Seas Food Festival will return to SeaWorld San Antonio beginning March 23, 2023, featuring 24 international marketplaces throughout the park with over 100 exciting food and drink items to discover.
The festival takes place Thursdays through Sundays, March 23 – May 21, 2023. The locales represented include Brazil, France, Germany Greece, Hawaii, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, and Mexico.
What’s on the menu?
This year’s event has over 45 new menu items, including:
- Beer cheese spaetzle with beef (Germany)
- Jerk chicken macaroni & cheese (Jamaica)
- Spiced rum sangria (Jamaica)
- Togarashi seared tuna with miso ponzu (Japan)
- Sake spritz (Japan)
- Achiote chicken tacos (Mexico)
- Shredded braised beef tacos (Mexico)
- Cochinita pibil (Mexico)
Festival Entertainment
Park guests can enjoy special entertainment happening just for the Seven Seas Food Festival. New for this year, the Groove Chefs are percussionists who use kitchen tools to make music. Also new for 2023 is “Cookies with Cookie Monster,” an upcharge experience for $14.99 per person where families can make crafts and snap photos with Cookie Monster.
Throughout the park, guests will encounter chef stilt walkers, enjoy “¡Baile Folklórico!” dancers of Mexico, and take in the Living Garden human performance art of Japan.
Planning your Visit to SeaWorld San Antonio
As an alternative to purchasing items from the food marketplaces a la carte, guests can opt for a 10-item sample lanyard for $70 or a 15-item lanyard for $85. Passholders who purchase the 15-item lanyard receive an additional three samples for free.
Single-day admission to SeaWorld San Antonio starts at $49.99 when purchased online. During the festival, SeaWorld offers a single-day ticket plus a 7-item sample lanyard for a total of $89.99. Season passes are available starting at $114.99. Texas residents age 5 and under as well as Texas K-12 teachers are eligible for free park entry.
