Sesame Place to open largest U.S. Sesame Street store with free entry
This fall, Sesame Place Philadelphia will open Sesame Place Store, a flagship merchandise location open to all guests free of entry.
With 6,800 square feet of merch, Sesame Place Store will be “the largest store dedicated solely to ‘Sesame Street’-themed merchandise in the United States,” according to the park.
‘S’ Is For ‘Store’
The new store will be guests’ go-to spot for any and all items featuring favorite “Sesame Street” friends. This includes plush toys, pins, apparel, and more.
All shoppers can visit Sesame Place Store for free. Sesame Place park admission is not required to enter the store.
A remodeled park entry plaza will surround Sesame Place Store. The area will draw inspiration from Philadelphia, the park’s actual neighboring city, and New York, the location of the “real” Sesame Street within the television series.
Sesame Place 2024 Season Passes Now Available
The new store will open in previews for season passholders before debuting to the general public. Passholders receive merchandise discounts as part of their membership: 10% for Bronze, 15% for Silver, 20% for Gold, and 25% for Platinum.
Season passes for 2024 are now available online, and include admission for the rest of 2023 as a bonus. Pricing currently starts at $144 for a Bronze pass.

A sister Sesame Place opened in 2022 in San Diego. Theme park visitors can also enjoy “Sesame Street” attractions in SeaWorld and Busch Gardens parks nationwide.
