Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends returns to Busch Gardens Tampa with new stage show
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is welcoming back Sesame Street Kids’ Weekends this October with plenty of Halloween fun every Saturday and Sunday throughout the month.
Kids’ Weekends are included with regular daily admission to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and younger guests are welcome to wear their best Halloween costumes and enjoy fun fall activities like:
The Not-Too-Spooky Howl-O-Ween Radio Show (NEW)
In this all-new Halloween stage show, Count Von Count will be the master of “scare-emonies” as he leads his Sesame Street friends through some of his favorite songs. With the help of Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, Zoe, Oscar, Grover, and Elmo, The Count will host a not-so-scary Halloween show featuring song and dance numbers that will get everyone moving.
The show will come to an end with a finale that’s sure to be a “Thriller” for the entire family.
Fall Festival Activities
At Gwazi Field, guests can take part in a variety of fall-inspired activities like a hay maze, pumpkin ring toss, and more. Kids will want to take part in dance parties with their favorite Sesame Street friends like Elmo, Abby Cadabby, Cookie Monster, Rosita, Grover and more who will appear in their Halloween costumes.
Have Lunch with Elmo and Friends
Lunchtime can be both delicious and fun when you share it with friends…Elmo and friends, that is! Guests can enjoy the “Lunch with Elmo and Friends” buffet every Saturday and Sunday of the Halloween Kids’ Weekends.
Get high fives and plenty of hugs during this Halloween-themed lunch filled with sing-a-longs, dancing, and photo opportunities. Reservations are required for this experience, and space is limited. You can book “Lunch with Elmo and Friends” online now.
Interactive Themed Crafts
In addition to all the fall fun, each of the four weekends will feature themed character experiences and special surprises throughout the day.
Monsters & Fairies – Oct. 6-7
Take part in crafts that turn kids into fairies like Abby Cadabby, or a fluffy monster like Elmo.
Super Grover – Oct. 13-14
Enjoy superhero-inspired crafts and character encounters featuring Super Grover.
Spooky Safari – Oct. 20-21
Set out on a scavenger hunt and meet Bert and Ernie, make safari-inspired Halloween crafts, and even meet a few animal ambassadors.
Rosita’s Halloween Fiesta – Oct. 27-28
Celebrate with fiesta-inspired crafts and meet Rosita in the Safari of Fun area.
