After a year of limited international travel opportunities, Southern California’s popular culinary event will offer an “international journey” inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, Polynesia, Mexico, the Caribbean, France, Italy, and many more.

Along with delicious menu items from around the world, the festival will also feature an expansive list of beverage options with over 25 specially-curated cocktails, zero-proof cocktails and wines, and a selection of more than 75 craft beers from California and beyond. Plus, guests will be able to “sip with a purpose” through SeaWorld’s partnership with companies that give back to local communities and animal conservation efforts, including Braveheart Brewery, Beso Del Sol, and more.

While they sample the tasty bites and sips, festival guests will be able to enjoy three live music stages, as well as the premiere of SeaWorld San Diego’s Polynesia Dance Presentation featuring traditional Hawaiian music, hula dancers, and live musicians. SeaWorld San Diego’s outdoor animal exhibits will also be open, including dolphins, sea lions, bat rays, bamboo sharks, flamingos, sea otters, and turtles. Plus, the park’s newest presentation, Rescue Tails, will share the story of SeaWorld’s Conservation Ambassadors, animal care, and rescue stories with physically distant seating.

“In addition to our incredible outdoor animal exhibits and presentations, the return of Seven Seas gives our guests more options to make new, lasting memories with family and friends,” said Marilyn Hannes, president of SeaWorld San Diego. “We are excited to bring back this popular fan-favorite event to San Diego, complete with new menu items, live music, and a safe, outdoor experience for the whole family.”
