The cult classic holiday horror movie’s co-executive producers Scott Schneid and Dennis Whitehead, and the designer of “Silent Night, Deadly Night: The Game” Anthony Masi, will be on hand to talk about their projects during a panel discussion hosted by Jeff DePaoli, host of “That Halloween Podcast.”

General admission to the event includes the movie screening, panel, and an event lanyard. Guests will also get a discount on the purchase of “Silent Night, Deadly Night: The Game” when added to their advance ticket purchase.

“Creating this game became an obsession of mine, and I spent countless hours developing, testing, and refining every little detail,” said Masi. “It was designed around the plot of the movie and our goal was to invoke a mid-80s retro gameplay feel. While simple to play, it’s not easy. It’s an entirely new way to experience ‘Silent Night, Deadly Night’ and the artists at Fright Rags turned it into an absolutely gorgeous collectible.”

The 1984 movie, “Silent Night, Deadly Night” holds the distinction of having outperformed “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” but was also pulled from cinemas just seven days after its debut due to its controversial promotional material and the film’s graphic violence.

“Both Scott Schneid and I are thrilled that the movie has become so popular and an annual tradition through the years,” says Whitehead. “The fans of ‘Silent Night, Deadly Night’ have made it happen, and we love that.”

Panel participants will be available after the discussion to autograph merchandise purchased at the event, at no additional cost. Merchandise includes posters, shot glasses, game expansion packs, enamel pins, and press books.

The event is produced under DePaoli’s depaolEVENTS and sponsored by Fright Rags horror apparel.  Tickets are now available at TheFridaCinema.org.
