Six Flags Great Adventure sets opening date for 2021 season
Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J. is kicking off its 2021 season by celebrating Spring Break!

The park will be open daily for spring operation from March 27 – April 11, with regular daily operation beginning on May 27 for the summer season.

As the park’s 2021 season begins, guests can visit Adventure Seaport to take a peek at the highly-anticipated new roller coaster, the triple-record-breaking Jersey Devil. Starting this summer, guests will straddle the thin, monorail track as they fly through the woods on the tallest, fastest, and longest single-rail coaster in the world. Inspired by infamous New Jersey mythology, the coaster will feature five intense elements, including three inversions.
In addition to the roller coaster, the park will also debut three new restaurants: Jersey Devil BBQ, Smokehouse, and Boardwalk Po’ Boys. Four new retail locations will also open, including MEMBERabilia, Apple Shop, Last Drop, and Head of the Line.
During spring operation, many rides, shops, and food locations will be available, though some will remain closed until summer operation begins.

Six Flags Wild Safari Drive-Thru Adventure will begin daily operation starting March 27. This spring, the Animal Care Team will welcome an array of babies, as well as introduce a new species — the African bongo, the world’s third largest antelope. You can learn more at SixFlags.com/Safari.
