Swan and Dolphin Resort kicks off 2021 with three food events
Following the success of its 2020 Sip, Savor & Stay series of mini-events, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is starting the new year with three limited-ticket food events: the fan-favorite Food & Wine Classic: A Taste of Swan and Dolphin on Jan. 16, 2021, and Feb. 27, 2021, and the all-new Big Game Tailgate Watch Party on Feb. 7, 2021.
Food & Wine Classic: A Taste of Swan and Dolphin
The return of the resort’s popular Food & Wine Classic: A Taste of Swan and Dolphin will take place on Jan. 16 and Feb. 27 from 5:30-8:00 p.m., with each event offering ten food stations from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, plus more than 50 beverage offerings. Both events will feature live entertainment and unlimited food and beverage tastings, including dessert selections from the hotel’s world champion pastry chef, Laurent Branlard.
Menu highlights include roasted organic pumpkin ravioli gnudi with seared sea scallop, whipped ricotta cheese, and pumpkin gremolata (served by Todd English’s bluezoo at the Jan. 16 event) and Surf and Turf featuring roasted Linz heritage Angus prime strip loin and marinated shrimp with creamed spinach and sauce foyot (served by Shula’s Steak House at the Feb. 27 event).

Big Game Tailgate Watch Party
The new Big Game Tailgate Watch Party on Sunday, Feb. 7 at 6 p.m. is perfect for football-loving foodies. The event will begin 30 minutes before kickoff and will continue until the end of the game. While they watch the action on the field, guests can enjoy seven food stations and unlimited craft beer and wine.
Menu highlights include crispy fried chicken wings with an assortment of sauces, Angus beef sliders, carne asada tacos, an Italian sausage sandwich, a selection of desserts, and more. Click here for the full menu.
Each of the three indoor events will feature different menu items so that guests can look forward to a new experience each time. Plus, responsible food delivery measures and social distancing procedures will ensure the events will be safe, entertaining, and most of all, delicious.
