Sip your way along the new Bourbon Trail through Disney Springs starting on May 1.

Starting on May 1 through June 17, adult aficionados of all-American alcohols can enjoy taking a stumble down the new Bourbon Train at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World.

Disney Springs has announced the May 1 opening of its brand-new Bourbon Trail, where guests ages 21 and older can discover bourbon-inspired beverages and food pairings among the Walt Disney World complex’s many shops and restaurants. Each of the drinks on the Disney Springs Bourbon Trail has been paired with a dish, and there’s a map that shows where to find all of them. You can even pick up a Bourbon Trail Passport that contains all of this info and more at the Disney Springs Welcome Center and at any participating locations.

Here’s a guide to the offerings along the Disney Springs Bourbon Trail:

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar
Fine and Mellow – featuring Knob Creek Bourbon, St. Elder, lemon juice, strawberry, and rhubarb bitters
Hurry Sundown Old Fashioned – featuring Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Benedictine, butter pecan syrup, bitters, and caramel pecan bacon
Smoked Brisket or Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich
Homemade Bread Pudding – topped with toffee sauce and bourbon butter

  1. I think the idea is great. I live in Kentucky just off the original Bourbon Trail. I just have one question, why did they make cocktails with the Bourbon. Why don’t they just let people try the Bourbon in its pure and natural state. They should have done flights instead.
