Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit is coming to Columbus, Ohio’s science museum (COSI) starting on October 1, 2022, and remaining until January 3, 2023.
Fans of the early childhood education show, Disney Junior’s Peabody Award-winning “Doc McStuffins,” can help Doc perform check-ups, diagnose toy patients, learn healthy habits, and grow their skills in compassion and nurturing care when the new exhibit opens.
Doc McStuffins: The Exhibit is produced in cooperation with The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, and supported by Riley Children’s at Indiana University Health. The exhibit has been touring museums across the country for more than five years, celebrating the animated series which has aired on Disney Junior for 10 years.
“The Doc McStuffins exhibit provides us a unique opportunity to do two fundamental things: One, celebrate the wonderful diversity in science and shine a light on veterinary medicine, and two, encourage the importance of taking care of ourselves as well as others,” said Dr. Frederic Bertley, president & CEO, COSI. “Not only is this exhibit going to be a blast for young learners, it is a great space where families can have important conversations about health and learn more about science and medicine in a hands-on, imaginative way.”
The interactive experience will be available in both English and Spanish, and includes locations preschoolers have grown to love, such as Doc’s backyard clinic and the McStuffins Toy Hospital. Characters from the show will not be part of the exhibit.
