The Edison at Disney Springs announces winter Mixology Series
The Edison at Disney Springs has released full menus for their upcoming Mixology Series, featuring specialty cocktails with a wintery theme.
On Dec. 1, 8, and 15, the intimate lakeside patio at The Edison will take full advantage of the setting sun as a backdrop to the restaurant’s exclusive monthly mixology event, featuring Ketel One Botanicals.
During each session, attendees will enjoy two specialty libations inspired by the festive season and the “frosty flavors of winter.” Each beverage will be paired with flavor-complimenting gourmet light bites, such as crunchy Popcorn Shrimp in a citrus aioli, and decadent Dulce de Leche Cheesecake.
The Edison’s signature appetizer, DB ‘Clothesline Candied Bacon’ and its popular Triple Chocolate Voltage Cake will also join the festive lineup.

- “Copper Cooler” – Ketel One Cucumber Mint, lime juice, house-batched strawberry lemongrass cordial, Kings Ginger Liqueur, Q Ginger Beer
- “Field of Dreams” – Ketel One Cucumber Mint, strawberry puree, lemon juice, house-batched strawberry lemongrass cordial, cardamom bitters, basil leaves, chopped cucumber

Mixology Series sessions take place from 5-7 p.m. Tickets are $65 per person, per session, and space is limited. Attendees must be age 21 or older.
