The Midge Menu at The Palm Court

New York City’s timeless destination for afternoon tea sets the scene for Pastry Chef Matthew Lambie’s Mrs. Maisel-inspired creation, the Midge Menu, which draws on classic tea offerings from the era and gives them an elevated twist.

The three-tiered tea service will include savory bites, such as a refined deli-style pastrami tea sandwich on rye, and a beet infused deviled egg. Sweets include a macaron based on the renowned black-and-white cookie; Lekach-esque honey spiced cake; yuzu and lemon meringue pie; and chocolate Nutella babka cheesecake, which combines two of the Big Apple’s most famous desserts.

The Midge Menu is priced at $99 per person, and reservations are required. To book, call 212-546-5300 or email [email protected].

Selections from the Midge Menu

All hotel guests are welcome to explore a series of glass display cases around The Palm Court, featuring a selection of props and costumes used in season four of the show.
