Theme parks line up for fundraising event for Give Kids the World
Give Kids the World Village is teaming up with seven U.S. theme parks this summer for Coasting for Kids, a charity event to raise money for the nonprofit organization.
Participants can experience their favorite rides at the following theme parks while also giving back:
- Holiday World on June 5
- Six Flags Over Texas on July 31
- Kentucky Kingdom on Aug. 7
- Busch Gardens Williamsburg on Aug. 21
- Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Aug. 28
- Lake Compounce on Sept. 4
- Kennywood on Sept. 5
Those interested in participating can register online here.
Anyone who donates or raises at least $100 will receive a special Coasting for Kids pass, which will provide them with complimentary access and exclusive perks at their participating theme park of choice, as well as a Coasting for Kids T-shirt.

Give Kids the World Village, located in Kissimmee, Fla., provides critically ill children and their families an all-inclusive, carefree and cost-free stay near Central Florida theme parks.
