Today Cafe to host grand opening on May 16 at Universal Orlando

The all-new Today Cafe at Universal Studios Florida will host its grand opening on Thursday, May 16!

Created to feel as though you’re stepping onto the Today Show set, the cafe will offer specialty food and beverage options, including in-house baked pastries, salads, sandwiches, and locally-roasted coffee – including an exclusive blend.

NBC’s Al Roker and the Today Show team will be broadcasting live from the cafe on its grand opening day. Plus, Al’s Avocado Toast, the first seasonal dish inspired by his favorite recipes, will be available.

To prepare for this grand opening, the cafe is currently in soft-opening, and operating on a limited, unscheduled basis. While it is open, guests can stop in for select breakfast and lunch items, as well as beverage and snack options.
