Universal Orlando extends Mardi Gras through May 2

Thanks to popular demand, Universal Orlando has decided to keep the good times rolling by extending their Mardi Gras festivities for a second time.

Mardi Gras 2021: International Flavors of Carnaval will now run through Sunday, May 2, after being originally scheduled to conclude on Sunday, April 11.

This extension gives guests three additional weeks to enjoy the global food festival and sample their way through more than 100 food and beverage items inspired by Carnaval celebrations from around the world.
