Universal Studios Hollywood to require face masks indoors again
Universal Studios Hollywood has confirmed that guests will once again be required to wear face masks indoors — no matter one’s vaccination status — as a result of the mask mandate being reinstated in Los Angeles County after a rise in Coronavirus cases.
Officials made the call yesterday that the mask mandate would return starting Sunday, July 18 as a result of increased transmission.
Universal Studios Hollywood then shared their update via an official statement this afternoon:
We continue to follow the guidance of health and government officials to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members and starting Sunday we will require that face coverings be worn within all indoor venues, regardless of vaccination status.
