Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns this Fall
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will return Friday, Oct. 29 and Saturday, Oct. 30 for outdoor foodie fun with unlimited tastings and sips from around the world.
An annual staple since 2010, the event returns to the fall after a one-year hiatus and debut of the Spring Food & Wine Classic. The event will feature live music, more than 20 food stations, 100 beverage selections and immersive themed areas like the beer garden and bubble lounge.
“This event means so much to us because we get to share our passion for food and beverage with our guests in a tangible, interactive way,” said Luciano Sperduto, director of food & beverage for the Swan and Dolphin. “We couldn’t be more excited to pick up where we left off and create an even more delicious, energetic and memorable experience this year.”
Menu highlights will include:
- Hand-crafted smoked pork belly, apple butter-bourbon barbecue, buttered grits, shaved radish, roasted chestnut puree served by Smokin’ D’s BBQ
- Roasted Linz heritage black angus beef tenderloin, mashed potatoes, roasted carrots, hollandaise sauce served by Shula’s Steak House
- Kimonos Roll, with ahi tuna, yellowtail, sustainable salmon, and wasabi mayonnaise served by Kimonos
Themed areas will include:
- The Beer Garden
- The Bubble Lounge
- The Pig & Poke
- China Town
Overnight packages for the event are available and start at $580; event-only ticket options are $165 per person. Guests can now reserve their stay at the resort’s newest tower, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve.
The event will have appropriate safety measures in place in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control’s recommendations and Walt Disney World’s policies at the time of the event.
