A brand new water park is officially opening on May 26, 2012 at Legoland Florida, but they’re not stopping there with new additions to the park. The park continues to grow, literally. On March 28, the all-new Fresh From Florida Greenhouse will open in the park.
The Fresh From Florida Greenhouse will give families an opportunity to journey through the greenhouses and learn all about Florida fruits and vegetables. The tour will showcase “farm to table” agriculture or what it takes to grow, harvest, clean and then eventually eat freshly prepared meals at home. The Greenhouse is sponsored by Fresh From Florida, an outreach program of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
Also opening in March is the all-new Warner Brothers Game Zone in the Imagination Zone. Families will be able to test and play the latest Lego video games on iPads and playable video game kiosks.
Launching on Feb. 23 is a partnership with the National Fire Protective Association which will help Legoland Florida educate kids and families about fire safety. New additions will be added to the firemen themed “Big Test” live show at the LEGO City Stage.
