‘The World According to Jeff Goldblum’ renewed for second season on Disney+

Disney+ has announced that its original series “The World According to Jeff Goldblum” will return for a second season on the streaming service.

“The World According to Jeff Goldblum” is the service’s first original series from National Geographic, and will finish its first season on Friday, Jan. 24.

“Jeff has captured the imagination and curiosity of our audience with his distinct perspective and illuminating adventures,” said Ricky Strauss, president of Content & Marketing for Disney+. “We can’t wait to see where Jeff and our partners at National Geographic take us in season two.”

In the series, host and executive producer Goldblum travels across the country as he explores the truths behind familiar objects and interests. The first season including topics like sneakers, ice cream, denim, and cosmetics. The second season will be 10 episodes, and Goldblum will continue to explore a whole new collection of the world’s interests.

“The World According to Jeff Goldblum” leads Disney+’s collection of National Geographic original and exclusive content, including the Emmy and Academy Award-winning documentary “Free Solo,” the film “Science Fair,” and the upcoming docuseries “Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.”
