Build-a-Bear’s After Dark Collection is part of The Bear Cave, an adults-only area of the toy brand’s online store. The collection launched in 2019, and has several new, online-exclusive gift sets for Valentine’s Day 2024. Each comes with a plush animal, clothing, and accessories.

Customize Your Valentine
Since this is Build-a-Bear, after all, you can customize your plush in various assortments. In addition to the pre-selected gift sets pictured above, you can also mix and match if you prefer a specific animal paired with a particular article of clothing or an accessory.
Aside from the giant devil bear, all items pictured in this story can be customized with sounds and scents, adding another layer of personalization to a unique Valentine’s Day gift.
Alternatively, you can purchase accessory items separately without any animal plush, if you already have a Build-a-Bear plush and want to give them a new outfit from the After Dark Collection.
Customers can purchase the plush animals pre-stuffed, or (for select animals) opt for pick-up at a Build-a-Bear store. There, they can stuff the animal themselves, perhaps on a Valentine’s date.
