’12 Beers of Christmas’ returning to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs

Back by popular demand, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto will offer holiday-themed beers and gourmet pan-Asian eats at Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs for the second-annual “12 Beers of Christmas” event.

12 Beers of Christmas will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8 from 11:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., and tickets start at $64 per person. Guests must be age 21 or older to attend. During the event, guests can enjoy 12 specialty beers from local breweries throughout Central Florida, including Crooked Can Brewing Company and Rogue Ales. Each beer will be paired with Morimoto Asia’s cuisine at 12 food stations.

Morimoto himself will host the event, and will also be available to autograph copies of his cookbook, “Mastering the Art of Japanese Home Cooking.” The cookbook will be available to purchase at the 12 Beers of Christmas event, with proceeds going to Give Kids the World Village.

“We’re delighted to bring back 12 Beers of Christmas this year to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs and donate a portion of proceeds to our local charity of choice, Give Kids the World. The fan-favorite event will be hosted for the second year in a row by none other than our namesake, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto himself,” said Kyle Collins, marketing director for Patina Restaurant Group.
