Registration opens at 10 a.m. ET tomorrow, March 19, for the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, and some changes are in store when the race event marks its tenth anniversary at the Walt Disney World Resort on October 31 – November 3, 2019.
The first major change to the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is that the Disney Fall Feast 5K will have runners (and joggers or walkers) be making their way around Epcot, instead of its previous route through Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This year, all 5K participants will receive a tech shirt, just like the 10K, Half Marathon and Challenge runners.
Also new this year is an earlier entry time for the exclusive Post-Race Party, which will now allow participants to enjoy the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival beginning at 5 p.m.. Special 10th Anniversary entertainment, including rare characters, will begin at 10 p.m.. Participants of the Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon and Disney Two Course Challenge automatically receive entry with their registration, and additional tickets for friends and family may be purchased starting March 19.
For the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend, spectators can now purchase ChEAR Squad packages for both the 10K and the Half Marathon races, which include a variety of amenities including reserved finish line seating.
Racers and and their supporters can purchase registration for for the 2019 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend at this RunDisney webpage starting on March 19 at 10 a.m..
