7th annual Science of Wine fundraiser for Orlando Science Center being held this April

The Science of Wine fundraiser for the Orlando Science Center returns this year on Saturday, April 30. After a wildly popular event last year, this year’s fundraiser promises to bring just as much education on one of the world’s most popular beverages while giving guests more than just another wine tasting.

The event is expected to sell out once again this year, and early bird tickets are being offered at $110, a $15 discount from the standard price of $125. Science Center members can purchase tickets for $100. The early bird tickets are on sale now through April 2.

In collaboration with partner Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, the fundraiser will be offering presentations on wine tasting, cooking with wine, and pairing with dishes, guests will be able to sample over 150 wines as well as dishes from 20 different dining partners, including Taverna Opa and Yak and Yeti Restaurant. There will also be live music and entertainment, as well as a silent auction.
