Adventure Island welcomes summer with Island Nights and extended hours

Island Nights at Adventure Island water park in Tampa has returned. From 5 to 9 p.m. every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until Aug. 13, guests will enjoy island music, authentic entertainment, and unique food offerings.

Exotic birds, stilt walkers and steel drum bands will be on hand to greet guests throughout the park, as well as family-friendly DJs that will provide music and games on the beach. In addition, there will be two shows on each event night featuring Polynesian dancers and fire performers, as well as live bands that will perform a variety of musical styles at the Duval Street Market. Guests will also have the opportunity to get a taste of the islands with new offerings being added to the regular menus, including coconut shrimp and conch fritters, as well as sangria and frozen drinks.

Adventure Island will also be open late every other night this summer, as well, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day until Aug. 14. In addition to regular admission tickets, guests can purchase the Adventure Island Weekday Pass, where they pay for a day and can come back any weekday all season long – including any Thursday and Friday of Island Nights.
