After-hours event in Galaxy’s Edge will benefit Give Kids the World Village
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like on Batuu after hours, now’s your chance to find out at an exclusive private party in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World Resort.
The after-hours event in Galaxy’s Edge (part of the DIS Family Reunion 2021) will take place on Sept. 11, 2021, from 10 p.m. to midnight, with proceeds benefiting Give Kids the World Village, an 89-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida where children with critical illnesses and their families can experience weeklong, cost-free vacations.
The one-of-a-kind after-hours event in Galaxy’s Edge will feature:
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – Join the Resistance in an epic battle against the First Order on this exciting ride.
- Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run – Fly the Millennium Falcon on a thrilling interactive smuggling mission.
- Dessert buffet
In addition, the out-of-this-world concoctions at Oga’s Cantina — as well as Batuu’s legendary blue or green milk at the Milk Stand — will be available for purchase, along with the opportunity to build a custom lightsaber at Savi’s Workshop.
