‘The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge’ announced at San Diego Comic-Con

As part of Comic-Con@Home, a new book was announced that will take readers into an artistic galaxy far, far away — “The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge”!

This large-format book will share much of the concept art and design that was part of the visual development for the Disney Parks land. Readers will find never-before-seen artwork, as well as interviews about the land’s creation, from artists at Walt Disney Imagineering, Lucasfilm, and more.

“The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge” is authored by Amy Ratcliffe, managing editor of Nerdist and author of “Star Wars: Women of the Galaxy.” You might also recognize her from hosting gigs at Star Wars Celebration and regular contributions to IGN, StarWars.com and Star Wars Insider. The book’s foreword is written by Portfolio Creative Executive for Walt Disney Imagineering Scott Trowbridge.
