Have you ever dreamed of living inside a theme park? Well, now’s your chance! Allie Lutz of “Buying Beverly Hills” has listed her most exclusive property yet: a dream Lego beach house at Legoland California Resort.
Legoland California Resort partnered with the California-based celebrity realtor for an auction to win the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to “live” in a bespoke Lego beach house in Miniland U.S.A., with the winning bidder having up to ten members of their family (including pets) created as Minilanders.
What are Minilanders?
They’re the 1:20-scale residents of Miniland, U.S.A., located in the heart of Legoland California Resort. Minilanders designed and built in the Lego likeness of the auction’s top bidder will be ready to move into their new home before Labor Day.
The craftsman-style beachfront property in the Coronado section of Miniland San Diego (made from more than 50,000 Lego bricks) was designed by Lutz and took a team of Legoland California Master Model Builders 380 hours to complete.
“I’m excited to be listing this extraordinary property and can’t wait to witness the joy it will bring to the family who becomes proud Minilander residents.” Lutz said.
Lego Beach House Highlights
The Lego beach house includes four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, including a master bedroom with an in-room fireplace and a private balcony
The new residents will also enjoy a modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with a fireplace and panoramic views of iconic San Diego landmarks such as Petco Park and Del Mar Racetrack.
And, of course, the house features a dedicated Lego playroom, including mini Lego models
Outdoor Entertaining Areas include a well–brick-scaped front yard and front porch (complete with a bird feeder and fountain); a veranda-covered backyard deck adorned with a beautiful flower overhang and dining table; an outdoor shower and jacuzzi for post-beach refreshment; and a firepit and grill for evening entertaining.
The fabulous beachfront property is within easy walking distance to the park’s regular-sized attractions like Dragon Coaster, Legoland Water Park, Ninjago: The Ride, The Lego Movie 2 Experience, and Sea Life Aquarium.
