Bier Fest returns for sixth year at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
Bier Fest at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay celebrates six years of Oktoberfest-inspired festivities. This event returns this year to make longest run ever and include all-new bites and brews.
Oktoberfest Fans rejoice with Bier Fest bringing a slice of Bavaria to this fan-favorite event, this year commemorating six years of Oktoberfest-inspired festivities with its longest event yet.
Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from July 21 through Sept. 4, 2023 (including Labor Day), guests can raise a stein to 60 brews and 15 newly-created menu items inspired by classic German flavors. As they sip, sample, and savor, guests can also enjoy tunes from rising local artists. Bier Fest is included with park admission.
In addition to the festival, guests can enjoy family-friendly activities and up-close encounters with amazing animals. Also, guests can experience some of the thrilling attractions like Serengeti Flyer and the thrilling hybrid coaster, Iron Gwazi.
Bier Fest Menu Includes Delicious Bites
The food options for Bier Fest this year includes the following new items:
- Bierwurst with Pickled Red Cabbage on a Pretzel Roll
- Braised Pork Shank
- Bratwurst on a Pretzel Roll with Spicy Mustard
- Chicken Apple Sausage with Spätzle
- Currywurst
- Egg Noodle Kugel
- German Potato Salad
- Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
- Cupcakes (German Chocolate, Black Forrest, Gingerbread, Caramel Popcorn)
- Apple Streudel with Vanilla Ice Cream
Refreshing Drink Options
Bier Fest offers more than 60 types of drinks ranging from lagers, ales, and hefeweizens to non-beer options such as ciders, sours, bourbons, and wines.

- Samuel Adams Oktoberfest (Marzen)

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Bier Fest Sampler
A great way to experience all the flavors at this year’s event is with a Bier Fest Sampler, which can be redeemed for any food or beverage item offered throughout the festival area. Samplers start at $40 and are available in quantities of five, eight, and 12. Pass Members have access to an exclusive 15-item sampler for the same price as a 12-item sampler.
