The all-new Ultimate Shark Experience ticket is only valid during the week-long celebration of sharks in SeaWorld parks, July 21-28, 2023. Guests will have the unique opportunity to see, feed, touch, and learn about the 21 species and nearly 300 sharks that call SeaWorld home in Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio. A portion of the proceeds from every ticket will go specifically to shark conservation.

SeaWorld Ultimate Shark Experience

“SeaWorld is the only place in the world where you can touch a shark, move like a shark, feed a shark, dine like a shark, learn from the sharks and importantly, help our ocean’s sharks at the same time,” said Marisa Thalberg, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. “Sharks are actually our ocean’s VIP – Very Important Predators – for a reason – and we would love to share this curated, immersive experience with guests young and old who want to celebrate Shark Month and Shark Awareness Day in this really unique way.”

The Ultimate Shark Experience ticket includes:

  • See sharks up close with a guided tour above the aquarium, not accessible to the general public
  • Feed and touch sharks safely with SeaWorld shark curators
  • Learn about sharks in a private group with SeaWorld educators
  • Speed like a shark with front-of-the-line access to shark- and ray-inspired thrills like San Antonio’s “Great White,” San Diego’s “Manta,” or Orlando’s “Mako.”
  • Dine near sharks, like at Sharks Underwater Grill and Bar in Orlando
  • Take home shark swag as a gift, with a choice of items like a shark plush toy, hat, blanket, t-shirt, and more (individual items vary by park)

Specific offers may differ at each park, but central to the experience in every location will be the opportunity to learn how SeaWorld provides world-class care to all the sharks in their parks.

SeaWorld Shark Conservation Efforts

Approximately 100 million sharks are killed every year in the wild (mainly for their fins). SeaWorld is committed to educating and inspiring guests about sharks through in-park experiences and shark conservation efforts through the SeaWorld Conservation Fund, which has donated more than $300,000 to shark research conservation projects. SeaWorld also participates in the Association of Zoos and Aquariums SAFE Program (Saving Species from Extinction), which preserves threatened and endangered species at accredited zoos worldwide, including SeaWorld.

The Ultimate Shark Week Experience Ticket (including park admission) is $199 plus tax and fees per person (with $25 going to shark conservation). The price for Pass Members is $99 plus tax and fees.
