Bigfire restaurant to replace former Emeril’s Orlando at Universal Orlando Resort
This summer, guests can enjoy a relaxing night out with open-fire cooking at Bigfire, the newest themed restaurant to come to Universal CityWalk.

The two-story, full-service restaurant is the replacement for Emeril’s Orlando, which closed last summer. The restaurant will feature warm, modern surroundings, including a fireplace, oversized plaid blankets, and cast iron elements. On the outdoor patio, guests can warm up by the fire pit or play lawn games.
Bigfire will offer dishes that are paired with a specific type of wood, from cherrywood to pecanwood and more, to bring out its smoky flavors. Menu items include the Bigfire bison burger, chili and cocoa rubbed steak, freshwater trout, and smoked salads. Dessert includes the classic Baked Alaska, and one of the most popular fireside treats – s’mores.
At the heart of the venue will be a custom-built wood fire grill, where guests can watch their meals be prepared.
Bigfire will be located between Vivo Italian Kitchen and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville on the lagoon’s edge. Stay tuned to our website for more updates, including the grand opening date.
