Blue Apron Lightyear-inspired recipes blast off June 20th

To celebrate the release of Disney & Pixar’s “Lightyear” in theaters on June 17, 2022, Blue Apron has created four Lightyear-inspired recipes that encourage teamwork in the kitchen.

Just as Disney & Pixar’s new sci-fi adventure movie follows Buzz Lightyear on an intergalactic mission, the new, limited-time family-friendly Blue Apron Lightyear-inspired recipes are on a mission to bring families together at the dinner table.

The easy-to-make recipes (in two-person or four-person servings) will include the Disney Check – an icon that lets parents know Disney vetted the meal to meet approved nutrition guidelines for kids. Plus, each recipe card will also include portioning instructions for kids.

• Space Ranger Chicken Enchiladas with Cilantro Sauce and Caramelized Onions – Available the week of July 11, 2022
