Brazilian steakhouse experience now available at Latin Quarter in CityWalk

Guests at the Latin Quarter restaurant at Universal CityWalk now have a delicious choice to make. Guests can continue to dine in the main dining room downstairs and make their choices from the menu, or they can choose to dine upstairs at the brand new Brazilian steakhouse experience.

The new savory main courses are served “rodizio” style, which means a continuous service of South-American rotisserie skewers full of meats brought directly from the grill and sliced tableside throughout the entire experience.

Churrascaria dining is a totally new experience housed within the award-winning cantina and club. Not only can guests enjoy a variety of main course meats, such as filet mignon, roast beef, short ribs, lamb, pork and the house specialty picanha (top sirloin), but there is also a buffet and salad bar filled with American favorites and authentic Brazilian side dishes.

“The churrascaria offerings at Latin Quarter capture a piece of Brazilian culture by providing guests with an authentic rodizio dining experience here at Universal CityWalk,” said Ric Florell, general manager and senior vice president of Resort Revenue Operations.

The new dining experience is $36.99 for adults. Children 7 to 12 are 50 percent off and kids 6 and under eat free. The regular dining menu features entrees from $10 to $27.

Whether enjoying the new churrascaria experience upstairs, or the main dining room, all guests to Latin Quarter will experience the delicacies of Latin America amidst the restaurant’s unique décor of a star-filled sky near an ancient Mayan temple.

Reservations for churrascaria dining are suggested. For more information or to make a reservation, call (407) 224-2691.

  1. My family and I spent my birthday in your restaurant on 2-14-12 at 7:15 pm. Carlos was our waiter. I have never had such inept service in my life. I will say the food was amazing but the service was nonexsistent. No water refills couldnt get another beer, and cold coffee. Had to ask for sugar twice. We wondered why we weren’t getting served meat so we asked Carlos. I can bring new plates us what we got. Finally we asked one of the meat carvers and we didn’t have the pucks that show if you need meat. Waited 30 minutes for check after he cleared the table so we asked the hostess for our check. Mind you this is a buffet!
