Bring Disneyland to life with extensive theme park soundtracks

by Tharin White

It has been 163 days since the theme parks at Disneyland Resort in California closed. While the parks had plans to reopen, those plans were changed with the consistently-raging battle against COVID-19. While music and sound can never replace the actual park experience, it can help bring back fond memories while we await its eventual reopening.

The website Sounds of Disneyland has created an extensive archive of songs and music loops from both of the resort’s theme parks. This fan website, while not owned or endorsed by Disney, contains very high-quality tracks.

The website even contains music loops from different eras of Disneyland. Take a step back in time to a Main Street, U.S.A. that may have existed before you did.

Are you a fan of the holidays at Disneyland? If so, there are music options for you as well. Halloween, Christmas and the Haunted Mansion Holiday are represented.

If you want even more specific sounds, there are audio tracks for rides in different decades. Listen to Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, or even the Disneyland Railroad from different eras of Disneyland.

#VoicesFromHome: Dapper Dans Share Disney Magic

The Sounds of Disneyland is one of many ways that you can bring the magic to your home for now. Cast members made their own “The Great Movie Ride: Quarantine Edition” video, the Dapper Dans sang to their many fans, and many Disney fans tried to make theme park foods at home.

Let us know the first soundtrack you listened to in the comments below!
