Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort is extending its offerings to Disney California Adventure, as Buena Vista Street will open to guests on Nov. 19.
The street will offer more Disney shopping and dining experiences, featuring new and returning menu items, holiday gifts and apparel, and more. While the attractions won’t be opening along with it, here’s what you can expect to enjoy once the street opens:
Carthay Circle Restaurant will introduce Carthay Circle Lounge – Alfresco Dining, a new outdoor dining environment and menu featuring Mediterranean-California small plates that can be shared or enjoyed separately at Carthay Circle Lounge. Menu items include the Carthay shrimp roll, harissa-roasted lamb, soy-glazed salmon, lemon-crusted fish of the day, and an artisan cheese board. For kids, menu options include orecchiette pasta with marinara and orange dragon chicken skewers. There will also be wine, craft beers, and cocktails available.
Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe will offer delicious hot chocolate and cranberry orange scones. Mobile ordering will be available for corn dogs and soft drinks at Award Wieners; and Smokejumpers Grill, which will serve bacon cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, onion rings, waffle fries, kids’ meals, and vanilla and chocolate milkshakes.
Retail shops opening up include Elias & Co., Julius Katz & Sons, Kingswell Camera Shop and Trolley Treats for all your Disney gifting needs.
Starting Nov. 19, there will be a $10 parking fee per car at the Downtown Disney District in the Simba Lot. The number of guests allowed in to visit the Downtown Disney District and Buena Vista Street will be limited to promote physical distancing, and a mobile wait list system may be used when the areas are at capacity.
