Celebrate the magic of Harry Potter at LeakyCon 2022 in Orlando

After five years away, LeakyCon 2022 – an unofficial Harry Potter fan convention – is returning to Orlando, Fla. on July 29-31.

A celebration of “The Boy Who Lived” (and the impact of his story on the Wizarding and Muggle worlds), LeakyCon 2022 provides Harry Potter fans the perfect way to celebrate Harry’s birthday (July 31st) with a three-day event featuring “wizarding wonders, hours of spellbinding Potter-themed programming, exciting live entertainment, a colorful costume contest, and a vibrant marketplace full of wizardly wares.”

In addition, LeakyCon’s panels with fandom experts, podcasters, and authors will address both age-old “Harry Potter” theories and burning “Fantastic Beasts” questions. Plus, the films’ stars and creators will share what it was like to bring the magic of the Wizarding World to life on-screen.

Currently scheduled to appear at LeakyCon Orlando are fandom creators Chanel Williams and Cherry Wallis, and actors Chris Rankin (Percy Weasley), Josh Herdman (Gregory Goyle), and Stanislav Yanevski (Victor Krum).

Fans of any age are welcome to attend LeakyCon, but, just like Harry had to be 11 to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, the recommended minimum age is 11 (children under five are free with a registered parent or guardian). Three types of LeakyCon 2022 Orlando tickets are available:

• Single Day tickets ($69.00) – Access to all panels, programs, discussions, and performances as well as the LeakyCon Marketplace and celebrity autograph and photograph sessions for one day
• General three-day passes ($199.00) – Access to all LeakyCon activities for all three days
• The Marauder Pass ($399.00) – Access to all three days of LeakyCon plus a $50 voucher for autograph and/or photograph sessions, reserved seating in the LeakyCon Main Stage, exclusive Marauder merchandise, a dedicated Marauder liaison for customer support before and during LeakyCon, and expedited on-site check-in

LeakyCon 2022 Denver will take place Oct. 14–16, 2022, at the Crowne Plaza Denver Airport Convention Center.
