Celebrate the season with Mr. & Mrs. Claus at Swan & Dolphin
Walt Disney World Resort guests and locals can enjoy festive activities with Santa and Mrs. Claus (and their elf, Kandy Kane) who have returned for their annual holiday vacation to Santa’s favorite resort: The Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin.

Holiday Offerings with Mr. & Mrs. Claus at Swan & Dolphin:
- Santa and Mrs. Claus Meet and Greets (Remaining Event dates: Dec. 16-18, Dec. 18-19, and Dec. 21-23, 2022) – On select nights throughout the remainder of December, Santa will host a hangout with his elves, who will share their favorite North Pole bedtime stories. Guests can also participate in cookie decorating and meet and take pictures with Santa.
- Cookie Decorating (Remaining Event nights from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Dec. 16-18, and 21-23, 2023) – Located at Santa’s Holiday hangout area at the Swan pool, both kids and parents can decorate (and then enjoy) sugar cookies made by the hotel’s award-winning food and beverage team. Complimentary cookie decorating is from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. (or until the cookies run out).
- Dancing Lights Show – Each night from sunset until 10 p.m., guests can catch a holiday light show at the outdoor causeway featuring illuminated palm trees and holiday tunes.
- Tales of the North Pole Remaining Event Dates: Dec. 16-18, 21-23 at 8:30 p.m.) – Santa and his elves will be passing out presents from the North Pole while sharing some of their favorite holiday stories (fees apply).
- Life-Size Chocolate Holiday Santa Scene – The life-size chocolate Santa in the Swan lobby near Il Mulino New York Trattoria took 1,000 pounds of chocolate to create (and he racks up a whopping 2,956,818 calories!)

Hotel Guest Holiday Offerings:
- Santa’s Stocking – Guests can have a holiday stocking filled with the elves’ favorite toys and Rudolph’s favorite treats delivered to their room. Available through Dec. 25, 2022 (fees apply).
- In-Room Christmas tree delivery – Hotel guests can have a 6-foot Christmas tree delivered by Santa’s elves to their room. The tree will have various Christmas decorations straight from the North Pole. Guests will also receive one of Santa’s Stockings. Available through Dec. 25, 2022 (fees apply).
- Magic Keys for Santa on Christmas Eve – To ensure that Santa will be able to deliver presents to each guest room without a chimney, hotel guests can get a magic key. The night before Christmas, kids can hang this magic key on their hotel door to help Santa find his way on Christmas Eve. Available on Dec. 24, 2022, at the concierge desk (supplies are limited).
- Winter Wonderland Bag – While visiting Santa’s favorite resort, hotel guests can have a wintery-themed bag filled with Frosty’s winter favorites delivered to their room. Available through Dec.25, 2022 (fees apply).
- Holiday Dining – Special holiday menus will be offered at several locations on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Click here for menus.
