Classic Monsters Cafe at Universal Studios Florida has closed

Frankenstein has left the building – along with Dracula, Wolfman, and the Mummy. Universal Orlando Resort confirmed via Twitter that Universal Studios Florida’s Classic Monsters Cafe has permanently closed to make way for a new dining experience, with more details to come.

Since the classic Universal monsters are rumored to be getting an entire land in Universal’s Epic Universe (opening summer 2025), it’s possible the highly-themed quick-service dining location will be recreated and/or expanded in the new park.
