Cocina Mexicana now open at Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood has opened a brand-new restaurant in Universal Plaza, Cocina Mexicana.

Guests can now enjoy an authentic Mexican meal in-park, along with some sweet treats and frozen margaritas. Check out some of the menu items below:

Wet Chicken Burrito

This burrito comes loaded with rice, refried beans, queso blanco, guacamole, lime crema, pico de gallo, salsa rojo, and chicken.

Tacos

Cocina Mexicana has two different ways for guests to enjoy their tacos: traditional chicken tinga or ground beef soft tacos topped with queso fresco and lime crema.

Taco Salad

This dish includes a blend of lettuce, refried beans, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and avocado ranch. Each salad includes a crispy, flour tortilla and your choice of protein: beef, chicken or Impossible chorizo.

Desserts

Guests can get their hands on a popular Mexican treat, buñuelos, complete with a cajeta caramel dipping sauce.

Other dessert options include tres leches cake and pineapple drizzled with Tajin-infused agave nectar.

There are also frozen margaritas available for guests ages 21 and up in mango, strawberry and lime flavors.
