Conrad Orlando hotel now open at Evermore Resort near Disney World
With the cut of a ribbon yesterday, Conrad Orlando hotel is officially open. Conrad Hotels & Resorts first property in Orlando (and second in Florida) features five restaurants, the Conrad Spa Orlando and Water Garden, and Evermore Bay, an eight-acre crystalline lagoon and pool complex at the center of the new Evermore Orlando Resort.
The design of Conrad Orlando was inspired by the 500-acre nature preserve adjacent to the property to create an “indoor-outdoor environment” that uses fluid lines to represent water and regional materials like limestone to connect to the land. An art installation in the lobby was inspired by a wooden Chris-Craft boat, and additional water-themed artwork from local artisans showcases Florida’s natural wonders.

Conrad Orlando Guest Rooms
The hotel’s 433 guest rooms and suites feature oak flooring, built-in closets, Frette linens, bathrooms with marble double vanities and Byredo bath products, and Nespresso machines. One- to three-bedroom luxury suites also offer exclusive amenities like standalone soak tubs and outdoor living spaces.
Several room categories offer even more luxury:
- Deluxe Water Garden rooms with private patios and special access to the Water Garden
- Family Suites with a private bedroom and living room with pullout sofa and twin bunk beds
- Conrad Suites and Presidential Suites with gourmet kitchens, dining areas, and unobstructed water views during the day (with views of theme park fireworks at night)

Conrad Orlando Features Five Dining Experiences
The hotel’s dining options include Sophia’s Trattoria, celebrating the flavors of Southern Italy with traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients and Apéro, a Riviera-inspired cocktail lounge with piazza-style dining. The beverage programs for both Sophia’s and Apéro were crafted by renowned bar consultant Giancarlo Mancino, offering prosecco by the glass, large-format shareable cocktails, and effervescent drinks.
The Polynesian-inspired Papaya Club near the lagoon brings the islands to Orlando with exotic fruits, spices, and rum highlighted on the beverage menu of Polynesian cocktails created by award-winning mixologist Paul McGee and a food menu of Asian-inspired dishes that can be ordered for table service or delivered to cabanas and lounge chairs.
In addition, Little Spoon in the lobby offers casual all-day dining inspired by European cafés, including pastries, gelato, sandwiches, and snacks.
Opening later this month, Ceiba will offer contemporary Mexican-inspired rooftop dining with a focus on heirloom ingredients and agave-forward spirits.

Conrad Spa Orlando
Conrad Spa Orlando and Water Garden showcases the hotel’s natural surroundings through rituals and treatments centered around water and sound and using locally sourced plants and minerals, including Lotus Wei elixirs made from Florida flowers and Medicine Springs sprays and oils created from minerals from Florida springs.
The 12,000 square-foot outdoor Water Garden features a cold plunge, vitality pool, hot plunge, and four private treatment tubs and sound bath stations. In addition, the spa offers saunas, steam rooms, a Serenity Lounge, 11 interior treatment rooms, and stations for manicures, pedicures, and hairstyling.
