Celebrate Anaheim Ducks Days at Disney California Adventure
Disneyland’s annual Anaheim Ducks Day will be expanded to a two-day Anaheim Ducks Days celebration on Feb. 22 and 23, 2024, to commemorate the hockey club’s 30th anniversary season.
Founded by The Walt Disney Company in 1993, the Anaheim Ducks were first known as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim – a name inspired by the 1992 Disney film “The Mighty Ducks” – before becoming the Anaheim Ducks in the 2006-2007 season.
Anaheim Ducks Days Cavalcades
The celebration at Disney California Adventure Park will include in-park fan activities, themed merchandise, and specialty food and beverage items. Ducks fans can also look forward to a celebratory cavalcade featuring current Anaheim Ducks players on Feb. 22 and a Legacy Celebration cavalcade on Feb. 23 featuring select Anaheim Ducks alums.
A unique photo opp with the iconic Stanley Cup – one of the most famous trophies in sports – will also be available at Paradise Gardens Park (the World of Color viewing area) at a select time on Feb. 23, 2024.
Anaheim Ducks Days Fan Zone
A dedicated Fan Zone in Hollywood Land will feature collectible merchandise honoring the team’s 30th anniversary season and specialty menu items (including a Chocolate Mousse Cake from Schmoozies! and Chicken Fried Steak Burrito from Studio Catering Co.). A look at the Anaheim Ducks’ past, present, and future featuring select jerseys and memorabilia will also be displayed in Hollywood Land.
Last but certainly not least, Ducks fans of all ages will also have the opportunity to test their hockey skills, learn to draw Disney ducks at Animation Academy, and participate in meet and greets (wristband required) and a fun park-wide “seek and find” activity.
During the day, the Fan Zone will be the place to party with the Anaheim Ducks Power Players and DJs (including JoJo Maestrado). New this year are evening performances by Anaheim Ducks DJs and a live band.
Know Before You Go
Both a valid theme park admission and reservation to Disney California Adventure Park for Feb. 22 and/or Feb. 23, 2024, are required for park entry (park reservations are limited, subject to availability, and not guaranteed).
Wristbands for one meet-and-greet experience per guest will be distributed in the Hollywood Backlot area when the park opens (available while supplies last). No autographs will be given; please do not bring any items to be signed.
