The Count’s Spooktacular brings Halloween fun to Busch Gardens Williamsburg

Get ready to celebrate not-too-spooky, super silly fun at The Count’s Spooktacular, coming to Busch Gardens Williamsburg this October.

On Saturdays and Sundays from Oct. 5-27, from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., kids ages 9 and younger and dress up in their Halloween costumes, experience a themed hay maze, and see their favorite Sesame Street characters in their new Halloween-inspired costumes.

In addition, younger guests can also take part in a costumed dance party, head to trick-or-treat stations, and enjoy the Countdown to Halloween show – an interactive performance featuring the Count and his friends.

Families can also participate in themed Halloween fun with Sesame Street characters on specific weekends:

  • Oct. 5-6 – Monsters and Fairies: Join Elmo and Abby Cadabby for a spooky good time with activities like creating an Elmo Halloween mask, coloring, a costume dance party, and searching for monsters and fairies in a hay maze.
  • Oct. 12-13 – Super Grover: The caped crusader is ready to take flight with activities like dancing, coloring, and a search for ghosts and capes in the hay maze.
  • Oct. 19-20 – Pirate Party: Join the party with Bert and Ernie as they dress up as pirates and join kids in dancing, taking photos, and searching for pirate fun and trick-or-treat surprises in the hay maze.
  • Oct. 26-27 – Rosita’s Halloween Fiesta: Rosita will show off her new fiesta Halloween costume as kids take part in activities like creating masks, coloring, and searching for Mardi Gras fun in a hay maze.
