The new D23 Gold Membership Duo Plan will offer the benefits of a D23 Gold Membership with the chance to add a second D23 Gold Member (called an “affiliate” member) for the same price as a D23 Gold Family Membership.

This means that Gold Members on the Duo Plan will get two D23 Gold Memberships with two personalized certificates, two member cards, and access for each D23 Gold Member to take part in a variety of exclusive experiences. In addition, the Gold Membership Duo Plan also includes one annual Gold Member Collector Set and one annual subscription (four issues) of the Disney twenty-three magazine – each sent to the primary member of the account.

Starting in January of next year, current Gold Family Members can transition to the new Duo Plan at no extra cost through the rest of their current Gold Family Membership term. Once that term ends, their plan will automatically renew to the Gold Duo Plan annually thereafter. Current Gold Members can also upgrade to the plan for a fee starting in January.

In the meantime, Gold Family Memberships can still be purchased or renewed through Dec. 31, 2020, but starting on Jan. 1, 2021, these membership plans will no longer be available for purchase or renewal. Existing Gold Family Memberships will be honored through the expiration of each member’s annual term.

The new Gold Membership Duo Plan is priced at $129.99 per year, plus shipping & handling and applicable fees. To learn more about the new plan, and to check out the FAQ, head to D23.com/Gold-Duo.
