DC Super Hero Run will be an in-person event for the first time ever

DC Super Hero Run took place only as a virtual run in 2020 and 2021, but this year super heroes from across the country will unite in multi-city races for the benefit of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

After registering, all participants will receive an exclusive gift of Wonder Woman, Superman, or Batman branded gear, DC Super Hero-themed shirt, bib, wrist cuffs, and finishers medal.

Runners can also purchase discounted tickets for time in the park on Saturday or Sunday of race week.

Those who cannot make it to a park on race day can sign up for a “Run at Home” Virtual Race by registering, choosing their super hero, running wherever and whenever, then logging their results. The virtual race also allows runner to upload photos, see their rankings on the leader board, and earn a finisher’s certificate and race medal.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is the 2022 charity to whom racer-generated donations will be given.

“After two years of operating in a virtual format, we look forward to welcoming communities across the country to our fist live event,” said Kaitlyn Greenleaf, vice president USA Today Network Ventures Endurance. “We’re excited to partner with Warner Bros. Consumer Product to provide participants with an unforgettable racing experience.”
