Discovery Cove opens two new dining options
Two new food and beverage venues join Discovery Cove’s lineup of choices: the Blue Bamboo Bar and Hibiscus Hideaway.

Guests have always been able to enjoy freshly prepared breakfast, lunch, and all-you-can-eat snacks throughout the day at Discovery Cove. These brand-new eateries offer an additional way to feed the fun. Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and beer and wine (for guests 21+) are included in admission. Guests at Discovery Cove can also enjoy swimming with dolphins, snorkeling among thousands of tropical fish and rays, and more.
Blue Bamboo Bar
This fun, island-style tiki bar offers guests the opportunity to pick up unlimited “grab-and-go” snacks, such as chocolate chip cookies, soft pretzels, chips, and more. Four new signature drinks include the Blue Bamboo, flavored with Malibu Coconut Rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice; the Blueberry Splash, with Tito’s Vodka, blueberry puree, lemonade, and Sprite; the Serenity Bay, infused with Milagro Silver, blue curacao, and sweet and sour mix; and the Aloha Sunrise, layered with Tito’s Vodka, Bacardi Rum, blue curacao, grenadine, and pineapple and orange juices.
Guests can keep the island vibe going by hanging out on playful swing seats or snapping a selfie in front of the “Paradise Found” Blue Bamboo wall. The signature drinks are available for purchase and included in Discovery Cove’s premium beverage package.
Hibiscus Hideaway
Located across from Discovery Cove’s shimmering Dolphin Lagoon, Hibiscus Hideaway serves freshly baked flatbread pizza (10:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and unlimited pineapple and vanilla soft serve ice cream. Three new signature drinks include the Hibiscus Hideaway Lemonade, featuring a taste of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum with a splash of hibiscus puree and Sprite; the Passion Fruit Delight, with a mix of Milagro Silver Tequila, passion fruit, hibiscus, orange, and lime juice; and the Paradise Breeze, with Tito’s Vodka, Triple Sec, raspberry, and hibiscus puree.
The swing seating provides a relaxing spot for guests to rest and recharge before continuing their all-day adventure. The signature drinks are available for purchase and included in Discovery Cove’s premium beverage package.
