Disney horses dress up for Halloween at Disneyland’s Circle D Ranch
Just in time for the spookiest time of year, the Disney horses at Circle D Ranch dressed up in costumes designed by their human cast member handlers!
The horses wore various costumes for a fabulous photoshoot, ranging from a Disney hero to an exotic mammal, as well as traditional amusement park steeds and even a delicious treat.
The Percheron Draft Horses Chief and Chad, ridden by cast members Shana Miner and Jordan Nelson, were decked out with flowers to represent traditional carousel horses.
Jack, a Percheron and Belgian Draft Horse mix, dressed up as the African mammal known as the okapi, accompanied by his zookeeper, cast member Alyssa Denison.
Maximus, a Clydesdale Draft Horse, is dressed like the ultimate baked potato. Accompanying the equine spud as silverware are cast members Cindy Palacios, Margaret Escobedo, and Alyssa Lambert.
Val, a Percheron Draft Horse, is getting ready for the holiday season early with her costume as a Christmas horse, alongside cast member Jill Borges.
Representing Disney characters Flynn Rider and Rapunzel from “Tangled” are Finn, a Brabant Draft Horse, and cast member Tara Parker.
Last up is Gracie, a Percheron Draft Horse, and cast member Hanna Richter, dressed up as a bumble bee and its flower!
Over at Walt Disney World’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, guests can see the Headless Horseman randomly each night for the spooky season.
Love it! 🥰 🐴
