Disney theme parks top Superdry’s worldwide travel survey on TikTok
Disney theme parks in Orlando and Paris have come out on top in a new TikTok survey by clothing company Superdry ranking the world’s leading attractions.
Superdry compiled a list of 193 countries, 292 cities, and 1,095 attractions from around the world, and searched their respective TikTok hashtags to discover the ones that had the most views in each category.
Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort comes in second overall in TikTok’s list of most viewed places worldwide, with the big European resort of Disneyland Paris third.
And those two resorts are first and second respectively when it comes to the most popular theme park properties around the globe, along with Tokyo Disneyland at number five and Disneyland Resort at number seven, for a total of four wins in the top ten.
Universal also had good showings, ranking number three for its Hollywood property, number four for Universal Studios Florida, and number nine for Universal Studios Japan, where a new Donkey Kong themed area will be added to Super Nintendo World in 2024.
The dazzling Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai took top spot as the most viewed attraction of any kind, with a staggering 1.5 billion views, but Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris were close behind with almost one billion and almost 686 million views respectively.
