Disney Vacation Club announces villa sales dates
Disney Vacation Club has announced a March 3, 2022 start to their sales of new Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa villas at Walt Disney World.
DVC members can begin purchasing the new Grand Floridian villas on March 3, and on March 31 sales will open to the public.
The resort’s major expansion includes 200 proposed studios, which is a DVC room category unique to the Grand Floridian. The Villas will feature the same Victorian charm, convenient access to the monorail and water taxis, access to the Grand Floridian Spa, and walkability to the Magic Kingdom, all of which have made the lakeside resort so popular.
Exceptional dining and entertainment are also hallmarks of the Grand Floridian resort, as are breathtaking views of the Magic Kingdom’s “Disney Enchantment” fireworks.
Studio accommodations are expected to open in late June, 2022, adding more luxury options alongside the resort’s newly enhanced deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and three-bedroom grand villas.
Disney Vacation Club accommodation The Villas include:
- New resort studios – Each features two queen sized beds, a day bed, premium quartz countertops, luxury patterned tile, beverage center with cooler and coffee maker, and marble tile bathroom flooring.
- Refurbished deluxe studios – Each accommodates up to five guests, with a queen-sized bed, pull-down queen-sized bed which tucks into the wall, and a pull-down bunk-sized bed suitable for children.
- Refurbished one- and two-bedroom villas – Sleeping five guests and nine guests respectively, each comes with a full kitchen, large living areas, pull-down queen-sized bed, and pull-down bunk-sized bed which tucks into a space beneath the media center.
- Three-bedroom grand villas – Families can stretch out and enjoy the luxury of space in villas that sleep up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms in each villa feature two queen-sized beds, while the master suite boasts a king-sized bed. An additional queen-sized sleeper sofa is located in the living room, which adjoins a spacious dining area.
Guests will delight at The Villas’ whimsical touches, such as Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse Victorian-themed silhouettes, and artwork featuring Mary Poppins and Dumbo. Most villas include a porch or balcony for the ultimate in relaxation.
